Hi Rob and Di! We’re off to Edinburgh in 10 minutes, I didn’t need to apply for a visa but it’s looking doubtful for Pete, he might have to stay outside of the castle walls whilst I watch the Tattoo! We’ll be thinking of you both and hope that you are on your way SOMEWHERE by now. We’re heading up to BCK after Edinburgh and staying with M & G. I won’t elaborate too much on the difficulties you are having with G as I don’t want to ruin my holiday! We booked our tickets for NZ this week and so hope to meet up with you in Feb – for the next stage of your journey!!

Man you guys are amazing – I remember now why I love home so much – not just because it is kid-free these days, but also … we have no visa problems at all!! I would be feeling frustrated and we’d probably end up divorced before the visa’s arrived – these ‘challenges’ are certainly going to cement the ‘love’ – hope ‘normal’ life won’t be too dull for you…
Looking forward to the ‘happy ever after’ visa story…

I’m EXHAUSTED! And that was just from reading all the ins and outs of the visa situ……take it easy fullas, hop back on the bikes and it will all work out!

We’re leaving for Samoa in 5 hours and M has just wondered if he needs a visa with his Euro passport! Lucky for the internet- have now confirmed that it’s not necessito.

If you were in Goreme, guess you visited Kapadokya – snowmen and the underground cities! Remember going there with Matt some years ago, when we thought the undeground guide was about to drop his torch!
